We are looking for qualified Outpatient Professional Services Coder (Professional Fee, Profee) to join our team.

    • Reviews and verifies medical record documentation to ensure completeness and accurate assignment of codes per official guidelines
    • Codes primary diagnosis, co-morbidities, complications, therapeutic and diagnostic procedures, supplies, materials, injections, drugs, modifiers, and units of service etc. with ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, all Evaluation and Management (E/M) levels, and any other coding specific to the client
    • Must maintain 97%+ accuracy
    • Must maintain Peak production standards


    • 3 years of recent outpatient coding experience in multiple specialties including assignment of E&M leveling for professional services
    • Must hold and maintain one of the below coding certifications:
      • American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA): Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA); or Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT); or Certified Coding Specialist (CCS); or Certified Coding Specialist-Physician Based (CCS-P)
      • American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC): Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Outpatient Coder (COC)
    • Extensive knowledge of outpatient coding, coding guidelines, official coding resources and disease processes
  • Must be able to satisfy the eligibility requirements for obtaining a government issued security clearance
