The Talent Sourcing Specialist is responsible for assisting the Recruiting team in building a pool of qualified candidates necessary to staff open and future positions. The Talent Sourcing Specialist will also provide administrative support to a growing team. This is a position for a self-starter that wants to be part of a fast moving company and recruiting team.

  1. Generate a solid pipeline of candidates in a wide range of specialty areas for the Recruiting team to connect with for current and future opportunities
  2. Build relationships with potential candidates on a continual basis through e-mail, cold-calls and networking
  3. Format all company resumes
  4. Maintain and update all company job postings
  5. Update job openings on social media outlets
  6. Filter through all applicants from company website
  7. Maintain referral tracking documentation
  8. Partner with additional internal support teams such as Operations and Human Resources to provide support to new hires for a seamless onboarding process
  9. Other administrative tasks as assigned


  1. High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  2. BS Degree (Preferred)
  3. At least 2 years of experience serving in a high paced administrative role supporting a high volume recruiting team
  4. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  5. Experience using an Applicant Tracking System
  6. Deep understanding of Boolean search methods, social media (preferably Linkedin) and network sourcing ability
  7. Requires the ability to balance multiple duties at once while still maintaining a high attention to detail
  8. Great communication skills
